After stepping onto the stage of the International Debating & Public Speaking competition, surrounded by the passionate cheers of the JCI Vietnam delegation, there was one moment that will never fade—the moment the Vietnamese flag soared proudly, shining in a hall filled with hundreds of faces from every corner of the world. In that instant, a powerful surge of pride rose within us—so profound, it could not be captured in words.

It was this very feeling that ignited the dream within JCI East Saigon: to build a home for young Vietnamese—a space where they could meet, discover their voice, challenge their limits, and grow stronger together through every shared journey.

At its heart lies the spirit of “lifting one another to rise together.” Vietnam may still carry its imperfections, but hidden within are boundless opportunities. And to grasp them, our nation needs young Vietnamese everywhere—not only at home but across the globe—to return, reconnect, and unite.
