Shine together with Vietnam

Global Leaders Academy is a social initiative developed by JCI East Saigon and JCI Vietnam in 2025, dedicated to young leaders of Vietnamese origin both in and outside the country. It is a place where young Vietnamese are not only trained to become ethical, visionary global leaders—gradually affirming themselves as responsible global citizens—but also become companions who lift one another up to grow together and build a stronger Vietnam.

Vision

Global Leaders Academy fosters a generation of talented, ethical, and service-driven Vietnamese global citizens to lead Vietnam onto the world stage.

Mission

Empowering young Vietnamese leaders with global vision, practical skills, and sustainable values, fostering service-minded and intergenerational connections, and building a network that drives collective growth and lasting positive impact for Vietnam and the world.

Audience (ages 15–40)

  • Vietnam-based Vietnamese youth: seeking self-development, leadership training, and global exposure.

  • Overseas Vietnamese youth (Australia, the U.S., Canada, Europe, etc.): looking to connect with their homeland and a global community of young leaders.

Purpose

  • Provide international-standard leadership mindsets and skills.

  • Connect and build a network of young leaders of Vietnamese origin to grow together and create a positive global impact.

Leadership Mindset training

Empowers young leaders to develop proactive, inspiring, and effective leadership skills for themselves and their teams.

Global Communication

Equips participants with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and present confidently across diverse cultural and international settings.

Sustainability & Impact

Inspires young leaders to design and implement community projects aligned with the UN SDGs, creating lasting positive impact.

Global V-Leaders Summit

An annual summit uniting Vietnamese young leaders worldwide to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and collaborate for Vietnam’s future.
